Blake Memorial Day School

Both my daughters attend this school. One just started kindergarten, and my oldest is in fifth grade. They both love this school. My oldest child has attended this school since kindergarten till now and every quarter has made the honor roll with straight A's. I have nothing but the best to say about this school. If you have any concerns talk to the teachers , they are always happy to help in any way possible.

Communication from my son’s teachers has been poor, and important issues regarding his behavior and progress were not communicated to me in a timely or respectful way. Instead of feeling supported as a parent, interactions often feel dismissive. I’ve also had concerns about unfair treatment that raised questions about possible bias & racism , which is extremely troubling in a school environment. Parents should feel informed, respected, and confident that their children are being treated fairly, and unfortunately that has not been my experience here.

My son has been going here for 2 years now, and I absolutely love it. Having a child with autism, it was hard finding a school where he felt comfortable and safe. I am so grateful for the wonderful experience my son has had at this school. The small class sizes have allowed for personalized attention and a strong sense of community. I truly appreciate the dedication and care the teachers show, creating an environment where my son feels supported and loved. It’s clear that this school goes above and beyond to nurture the children, and I couldn't be happier with the choice we made.

This school is amazing. My children are not only well educated but excited to learn. The love of learning is pervasive in the entire school.
