Partin Settlement Elementary School

My children attend this school. They are getting good grades and scoring Post High School on some subjects on their SAT's. The staff is nice but always very busy, the teachers are good and helpful, they are very good on staying after to tutor & help the children. There is a little problem with under-staffing as far as administration and this contributes to disorganization and the principal is usually running around getting everything done bless her soul. Some of the kids that attend do swear out of the adults ear shot my children have mentioned but it is still alot better than public school.

I had my kids there for 1 year and they did great all A's never had any homework and paid a ridiculous amount of money in tuition. I thought I was moving them to a better school as I quickly found out I was wrong. Not only did I feel there was a decline in their studies but also the enviorment. My kids shared stories of things that you hear about happening in public schools. I also witnessed myself this type of behavior from students and staff. I spoke with other parents regarding this craziness and several of us and not only pulled them out of school but out of the church. Money & Hypocrasy is the main theme with these people steer clear of them!! Havent they changed there name several times what is that about ?? Im glad that it didnt take us long to realize this is not the best place for my family.

This school has many problems with bullying, following state protocols, and allowing students to thrive academically. The staff frequently gossip about students yet do nothing to improve the situation. The education is quite subpar and there are no services to help those with learning disabilities. Gifted students are ignored at the expense of their education and usually have nothing to do. Furthermore, this school does not create the Christ-like environment that they advertise. I strongly recommend attending a public school with proper infrastructure, curriculum, and staff that does their job without letting their personal issues and biases get in the way.

Please do not send your child here, they will be calling you for every little thing your child does, they will not know how to deal with them especially if they are a child with adhd and or being hyper. Please consider your options before sending them to this school.

I really enjoyed how welcoming this school has been to our family. My children have thrived in this school. They attended multiple other schools between public & private, this one has by far been the best one attended. My son struggled with being understood in other schools & have shown with his behavior towards school & grades. My son loves the school & his friends & he has been doing amazing in this school A/B honor roll for two years in a row & now my daughters are there too & are having the best experience too. They have so many clubs from sports club, art/ dance & many extra curricular activities. I’m grateful for this school.
