My oldest is attending his 2nd year and my youngest just started pre-k. I’ve had no issues! I also attended school here atleast 20 years ago! All good memories.

While I don't remember much about the other students or my main teacher, or the classwork, I do remember one teacher in particular. She was my Team-up teacher, whom I stayed with after school until my mom picked me up. She assaulted me, scarring me. I do

Posted by a community member on 5/23/2014i love Pickett I grew up there and had no dought that my daughter wouldnt go there, The only thing is her Pre-K teacher doesnt know how to handle a child who has ADD/ADHD. But other then her teacher I have nothing bad to say

2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy kids and I love this school, their teachers are very involved, they care about the students, specially my little one in K who is a "barbarian" and has a hard time getting used to new things. His teacher took her time and had a special way to deal with him, now he just loves everything there. the staff is very friendly, the principal gives the parents all attention necessary...I just feel the parents need to be more involved with the PTA. My oldest girl went there 5 years ago and the school helped her learn. The principal helped her learn math. Now no one does anything.
