The principle wonders why the kids are always misbehaving, but has to realize you can't separate the kids. I have never known a school to have a promotional ceremony for part of the 5th grade and a regular awards ceremony for the rest. Sometimes, you have to put yourself in the kids shoes and see how they feel. A lot of the kids have been looking forward to the day they graduate. Its an accomplishment for them, in which the ones in charge doesn't see that. Sometimes all it takes is for these kids to see that they have someone in their corner and see that they are not doing the work in vain, dor them to want to change their attitudes and behavior. The classroom sizes are small and there are two teachers to every classroom. The office staff are friendly, professional, and proficient.
