4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating Average**This is a review you need to read.** Our daughter is behind a bit. We've been through hurricane(s), a house fire, and were homeless for a while. Not jobless. Not broke, but we lost our home to a fire following a hurricane. Every single person at this school has been amazing! Academically it is very focused. There is this synergy, chemistry, and orchestral teamwork that exists from the Principal to the lunch staff. It breaks our hearts that our daughter is in her final year here at Westside. We will miss all of them so much. Do not be frightened from the demographics. We have had our children in paid, private schools, and the so-called richy, rich schools that were **supposed** to be the best. Westside Elementary is hands down the absolute **BEST SCHOOL** any of our children have been to. Tutoring before and after school. iReady, Class Dojo, meetings, and all of them constantly strive to help every single child succeed. There's a strong ribbon of faith that drives this school, and I cannot commend them enough for their proficiency as educators. You will notice every single person there truly cares. Thank you Westside Elementary for everything you do, all that you are, and how you have helped our daughter.Parent Review7y ago9 Reviews - Beachside Elementary School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe love this school. Principal Bruner is passionate about the students. Every morning, she's in the car drop-off area greeting the kids. During this COVID-19 situation, the creativity, effort, and support these teachers have put forth is off-the-charts incredible. They are giving their all to keep parents and students informed and engaged. We're so impressed.Parent Review6y ago12 Reviews - Holly Hill School

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI can not express how wonderful this school is! My Godson went to a public school. He was bullied daily, hated school, hated learning and just had the worst attitude since starting public school. One day he was beat up by 5 kids and we said enough id enough. That is when there was an opening for him at St.Pauls! Today, he is so happy! He loves going to school everyday! He absolutely love Mrs. Van Auken! He has done a 360! He has improved so much in reading and writing! We do not have too fight in the morning, in fact he is ready an hour before school starts! We have to fight it is not time to go yet! Lol. What a change! Thank to everyone! It is nice to pull up and not enter a chaotic school! It is peaceful from the moment you enter! Other schools should take notes!Parent Review2y ago10 Reviews - Lourdes Academy

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school never had a welcoming environment from the start. Most of my friends agree that the amount of school work, the separation of "academics" and "honors" , and really all of it, is horrid. The kids in academic classes are treated as if they are dumb. Kids who need extra help have also been denied their right to it. There have been many, MANY, cases that have happened that the school can be sued for. Kids have been forced to do the sign of the cross, and the prayers, despite their personal religion. The principal does NOTHING about bullying or parent complaints. The only thing the school really cares about is its reputation. The students are constantly yelled at over this, but they never go to the root cause of misbehavior. The teachers are forgetful, and pile on homework, and make the excuse of it being for getting ready for "high school." Children with mental health issues or learning disabilities aren't cared for in the right ways. Children who have ADHD and are loud are constantly yelled at, or separated from the entire class. The amount of bullying at that school is disgusting. The amount of pressure put on the students is awful. There are also no lockers, and the entire school is practically falling apart. Many children have complained about back pain because of this. The school acts like it's the best ever to possibly exist, but it's really not. It's the worst school I've ever been to. I wish I didn't waste my middle school years here. Another big issue is money. The school constantly has fundraisers, but we never know where the money is going to. It pressures kids who come from low-income families to waste money on things like that. This school is disgusting, awful, and a disgrace to the Christian faith. It's extremely outdated, and I hope it get demolished and changed into another school that is actually Christ-like and welcoming. But until then, students have to continue suffering here, with no freedoms, constant stress, and pain. It has caused many of my friends to have mental health issues, and I really dislike it. Please listen to this review, and change your ways.Student Review2y ago18 Reviews
