Roosevelt Elementary is a friendly and kind environment for my two children who are thriving at this school. The staff, teachers, administration, parents and students are great and the community at this school has helped to foster a love of learning in my children. Both of my kids have IEP's and their needs are well met, in addition there are extra curricular activities which they participate in after school. We moved to this neighborhood after my first child finished kindergarten at a different school. The other school was great, but Roosevelt has been even better! We are grateful to live in Roosevelt's zone.

I've read bad opinions from the school but personally I haven't had any problems in Cape View, many will be happy about the closure of the school but remember that we all make mistakes, and I'm not from the staff, I'm a mom who saw Cape View as a professional place for my daughter. In the end, people will never be satisfied!
