My Grandson is thriving at this school only problem was with the teacher switch, constant contact by his teacher keeps us informed on his progress and any problems he may of had that we could work on at home, this school has a lot of diversity, Kudos to the teachers and staff that bravely show up everyday during a epidemic to not only teach our children but keep them safe, wash their hands, disinfect work areas make sure they keep their masks on Etc;

My son has been failing and doesn’t event get homework so he can be helped. Teacher dose not communicate. We can’t sit in class to know what is even being tough while the teacher states he’s doing good but failing on his report card.

The staff at Daughtrey have a compassion for the students and safety is number one priority!!!

Mrs. Webb was truly one of the best things to happen to Abel Elementary. In my opinion, after she left, the quality of the school declined tremendously.Unfortunately, my personal experience with the current principal, Mrs. Ashley Terry, has been extremely disappointing. I have found her communication and interactions to be unprofessional, disrespectful, dismissive, and lacking in compassion. It is very concerning to me that, despite the complaints and concerns that have reportedly been raised, families continue to have negative experiences.I personally know several families who have chosen to remove their children from Abel because of their experiences with the current administration. Beyond leadership concerns, I also believe the school is lacking important resources and adequately trained staff to meet the needs of all students. Parents should be able to send their children to school feeling confident that they will receive a quality education in a respectful, supportive, and professional environment.Based on my family’s experience, I would not recommend Abel Elementary at this time. The difference between what this school once was and what families are experiencing now is extremely disappointing. What once felt like a five-star school has, in my opinion, declined significantly.ZERO STARS based on my personal experience.

My daughter didn't learn to read or write at that school! After attending for almost 3 years, she had to repeat the school year. We noticed she wasn't happy and didn't want to go to school! Now we've changed her school, and she's very happy at this new school. Classes have just started again, and yesterday I received a video of my daughter reading a short text. How did she manage to read so quickly at this new school after only a month of attending? We thought she had some kind of learning disability, but her problem was at Kinnan Elementary School.

Our family has been part of Center’s Lakewood Ranch campus since my daughter started in the Primary classroom at 3 years old, and now she’s beginning her kindergarten year there. We couldn’t be happier with our experience.Ms. Betty has been an incredible teacher. She creates such a warm, nurturing, and supportive environment where every child is encouraged to learn, explore, and grow at their own pace. It’s amazing to see how much confidence, independence, and curiosity our daughter has developed under her guidance.The classroom truly feels like a second home. The Montessori approach has fostered a genuine love of learning, and we’ve always appreciated the caring staff, welcoming atmosphere, and strong sense of community at the LWR campus.We are so grateful for the positive impact this school has had on our daughter and our family. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place where children are truly seen, supported, and inspired to thrive.

The best part of this school is that its not public education. The curriculum is good and the school has an excellent music program for a small school. However, most teachers are under educated and not qualified to work with students. Discipline is not supported by the administration and teachers often do not have he tools to control their classrooms. Unfortunately bullying is a major issue at this school. Especially for new students that have not grown up in the church or part of the in crowd. The administration is very poor at communicating and are very closed when it comes to meeting with parents and addressing any concerns. Basically, not approachable. The previous administration, from several years ago, was excellent. Recent changes in the last several years has brought a lower education standard and negative environment for students and parents. The school will put on a nice show when its time for evaluation, then change their posture once the evaluation is over. Fir example, having teachers out front to provide safety when kids are dropped off in the mornings. This is only consistently done when evaluation are taking place. My students have all been bullied or injured as a result of lack of transparency and poor training of staff.

WCCA has a polite staff, but my child has been struggling at this school since they first started and their teacher that teaches 2nd-4th grade doesn’t spend too much time helping and assisting my kid in reading math and science. The teacher has little time to spend with each student. She only spends about maybe 5 to 10 minutes with each grade level. The class has about maybe 17 kids maybe less since she teaches 3 grade levels she has like 4 students in each grade but quickly goes over the subjects & shows them once or twice if they get it they get if they don’t oh well, she has to move onto the next group. My kid always tells me that the teacher says she DOESN’T have time basically if your child is not a straight A student, She doesn’t wanna waste her time on your kid if your kid is not getting it oh well. They have a teacher aid and I believe other help in reading or disability aid and they can barely help either. Sometimes they’re not there because they’re taking time off. If you’re going to put your kid in this school, your kid has to be super smart because if your kid is not super smart, she doesn’t wanna deal with your child. She will just send your child with assignments, pages and pages of worksheets books and expect the parents to help the children. More teachers are needed at the school. That’s the biggest problem. I don’t know if they’re underpaid or what but if you’re not smart at math or reading or science as a parent, you might as well just put your kids in a public school because they have more supporting staff, your kids will probably learn a lot more and get it there and they seem like they don’t worry about the students. They’re NOT going to waste their time on trying to teach your kid how to learn math reading and science if your kid’s struggling and the teacher only worries about HER own kids & their academics. She wants to make sure HER kids get straight A’s & get Honor Roll etc. But when you send your kids to this school with a scholarship to help pay for tuition all that money that goes to the school makes you wonder where is the education for the kids on helping them with their academics? WCCA is always trying to raise money for field trips and school events and repairs for the school. It makes you wonder what do they do with the money that your kids are getting funded for? Very disappointing for us. Other families are struggling with their kids as well my child has been mentioned this by the other students. Also no Google reviews???
