Posted by a parent on 8/10/2022After a full year and doing 16+ service hours I can honestly say I do not recommend. I am currently looking for another school. The middle school program is not good. The ELA teacher will fail your child. If your child has an IEP run because this team will not help. Safety is also a big problem here
Posted by a parent on 6/22/2022I went to this school from 2017-2018 to 2019-2020 6th to 8th grade. Let me tell you Im glad i was here. This school has some issues, but overall it was a school that was safe and good. 1/25 chance i would ever get homework. Only thing I did not like about this school was some of the rules. such

They work with me as a team and give my child the support they need in order to be successful in the classroom. The PTA is amazing, they truly bring everyone together to not only support family relationship bulding but also to beautify the school. The administration has been available and invloved when needed. The kids are mostly kind, but that seems typical for any elementary school recently. 4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageIf your child goes to Freedom Shores Elementary, hope she never has a teacher called Patricia Puente. She’s a kindergarten teacher who does not standby her words, her actions are misleading and unfair. Wish these public schools will put cameras in the classroom so parents can observe what really goes on behind closed doors. She bullies my child and I have brought this up to the principal and nothing has happened. If kindergarten is too much for Puente, maybe that shouldn’t be the grade she needs be teaching. NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating Average2 of my kids go there and have been there since they were 2 years old. My kids love the school never gotten a single complaint from them. They have a good academic program the teachers there are very good and going above and beyond to help my kids succeed. My kids get to hear about the word of God it's a Christian environment, and I'm really grateful for that. My kids can do things they love besides Math, reading. She can draw she loves art. She loves her art teacher. My son is able to play soccer. I can go on and on about everything we love at the school most importantly is how much they work put into each child for them to succeed.Parent Review1mo ago
