She is not friendly. She acts like she doesn't even like kids. I have seen some great teachers and other staff members that have been there a long time

About 500 children go to this school so it is much smaller than most of the surrounding schools. The principal knows all the children by name which I really like! The teachers are great and do everything they can to support and educate the children. We currently have two children enrolled, and it has truly been a blessing for our family. Our daughter is now in 5th grade and started at the school when she was just 4 years old in PK4. Our son is now in 4th grade and began even earlier, at 3 years old.Over the years, we have watched both of our children grow academically, socially, and spiritually in such a nurturing environment. They absolutely love their school. They love the warm and welcoming atmosphere, their teachers, and the entire staff. NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis is my 10th year as a parent at St Joan of Arc Catholic school. The school has such an incredible community of parents, teachers and staff that truly believe in preparing your children to be well rounded and successful adults. There is a reason that one or more of the local high school valedictorians and salutatorians are graduates of SJA for the past several years. They really prepare the kids both academically and spiritually. The school is a second home for my children and they could not be happier there. Mrs Kissel and the administration have done an amazing job getting SJA back on track, as we did have a few years of transition prior to that. I would highly recommend SJA.
