NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy family has had terrible experiences with this school. The teachers cannot be bothered to communicate with parents or care about the kids enrolled. The curriculum is boring and does nothing to challenge the many bright kids at the school. The administrators care even less about the kids than the teachers do. They use screens to babysit the kids a lot. The only bright spot is the pretty building which does not make up for everything else. We have witnessed her growth and confidence in the last two years and we are so grateful for the child-focused approach and expertise of all the guides and staff. They work closely with parents and go above and beyond to recognize each child’s strengths and needs. To describe this school as special feels like an understatement. As far as we are concerned, there is no better education. NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI have heard other parents say it is "Small but Mighty" and I agree. I love the importance on not cutting back on the academics - no cuts to art, music, grammar/spelling (as I've heard some other schools have done), language, cursive... It's still about academics and educating the whole child. The addition of the technology adding to the personalized learning model is well balanced (no defaults to the tech teaching the kids - it's used to compliment not take the place of teachers.)
