When I went there, there was so much bullying and just judgment overall by fellow peers and the teachers and administration did nothing really about it. Scotland is a small hidden gem in the corner of Connecticut with just over 100 students. The teacher-to-student ratio is very low. Scotland Elementary School focuses on individualized learning and much of the small rural community was born and raised in Scotland, giving the community a unique charm.

This is a wonderful school with excellent, dedicated teachers, and a small, friendly community. My two children attended from pre-K through 6th, and loved Scotland School.
