Posted by a parent on 8/7/2018This school is amazing! The learning enviroment is EXCELLENT. The staff is awesome and do what they do best which is teach and help mold tomorrows future leaders! The students all seem very happy EVERDAY. My son is going into his second year at Race Brook School and we have never had any issues. They welcomed him and made him blossom. The principal knows my son by his first name not because of a bad reason but because he's constantly dropping into the classes and being involved with the ongoings of each class. Race Brook School is a true school and I love it.
Posted by a parent on 7/5/2013My son felt very welcome at RaceBrook the prinicipal at the school is outstanding and his third grade teacher was the best!! She worked with my son to make sure that he progressed and if he needed extra help she always made sure that he received it. As with all schools there are teachers that some may not like, however, that doesn't define the entire staff.

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMLT is a fantastic school with wonderful, competitive prek and kindergarten programs. The Orange school district has blue ribbon schools and MLT is the perfect example of a great school in action. Children's desires to learn and curious natures are fostered and encouraged. Technology is used in the classrooms in partnership with traditional methods of teaching. The teachers go above and beyond and the principal is involved and keeps parents informed. N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis is an extraordinary school, that without the amenities that other elementary schools in this town have and with the highest porcentage of minority students, still comes out strong by being the # 2 elemtary school in West Haven and one of THE TOP 10 IN THE STATE OF CT and it's a real shame a decision to close it has been made. My daughter is in kindergarten and just raves about Molloy, the principal and her teachers and she is right, Molloy's principal and teachers are a true example of success and triumph. I am praying for a miracle so that Molloy maintains it's doors open and continues to provide the excellence in education it is known for and has been awarded for by ConnCan. N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy husband and I love LWCA. Our son just completed his first year ( kindergarten) and without a doubt it has been a wonderful experience. Our son is reading and doing math on a first grade level, exposed to science and social studies but most of all, he loves LWCA ( teachers staff and made a host of friends) his understanding of biblical principles and scriptures has increased significantly! We are so disappointed that the school is closing. We were ready to plan the rest of his christian middle school education at LWCA. I'm sure God has his plans and reasons.
