J. Milton Jeffrey Elementary School

Our family has come to love OLM Prep and we believe it is a great school. Our daughter LOVES going to school everyday, she loves her teacher and has build great relationships with her classmates. In addition, Ms. Carrano has done an outstanding job in her first year as school principal. Her energy and passion for the school is clear to see. Specifically, she has done an excellent job communicating information to parents in a professional and consistent manner. She also tightened up the student drop off and pickup protocols, which I appreciate as it is quite consistent and seems to save everyone time.Finally, I believe one of the best qualities of the school is that it is Catholic based, but also independent (non-diocesan). In my experience (admittedly somewhat limited), not having to deal with the byzantine bureaucracy of a diocese for all major decisions, is a very good thing.

My daughter is currently at The Country School and it is the perfect place for her. Growing up in this nurturing and safe to take risks environment has done wonders for our reserved girl. She is blossoming into a confident young lady who advocates for her learning, offers to lend a helping hand and shows great care and compassion to all around her. There could not be a better fit.
