Many who remain seem resistant to growth or improvement.HR is disorganized, frequently citing "no policy in place" for basic professional procedures. Communication is unclear, and delays are common. The union lacks true advocacy, often prioritizing its own interests over fair representation.The workplace culture is toxic—gossip is rampant, and instead of addressing legitimate concerns, leadership allows misinformation to spread unchecked. That said, you will find some gems here—teachers and staff who genuinely care about students and work hard despite the challenges.
