Both of my kids went to school hear and really had a fantastic, personalized experience. This school district may not receive the funding that the bigger schools in Colorado get, but the teachers and staff are very caring and the learning environment is excellent.. This is why we moved here. Small town values and a loving environment.

Please do not send your kids anywhere in Delta Colorado. Its a county that's in need of an overhaul. Their favs and relatives get grades. Run from this school system. So far in five years delta has lost an average of 400 hundred kids. I don't mean the graduating classes. Parents have figured the mental abuse of their kids and have choose to move their children.

I just love this school. We moved here from out of state and my daughter had some problems with kids picking on her at lunch. We understand kids will be kids but it bothered her enough for her to ask me to help get it stopped. I told the teacher the next morning and within two hours the school called me and said they talked to all three kids that were picking on her and then they brought her in and apologized to her as well. Then they said they let the lunch staff Also my kid is coming home every day telling me about all the things that she learns. This is so much better than the last school we were at!know about the problem and they will keep and eye on it. I love how it was dealt with, especially that it was dealt with in a timely manner.
