River Valley High School

It is nice and good. They have a clean environment. They have a good way of having different classes for different students. They also give many opportunities to have electives and complete A-G.

Terrible teachers,staff,and administration. Only few teachers care most just spend their time protesting when they don't do any work administration does not care about the students and they are very rude to kids unless the kids parents are there.

My son is a student at the River Valley High School in Yuba City, California. I'm disabled and have not been able to help my son in athletic or academic events as a parent normally would due to my physical limitations and medications. Lucky for me some of his friends parents and coaches have helped fill this void by taking my son to and from football camps, bringing him home from practices or games, mentoring his progress in class, taking him on their family vacations, weekend getaways or to Church. This has been a constant for several years which has afforded my son many laughs and fond memories for years to come. It's hard to find the words to express my gratitude for what these wonderful people have done for my son so I simply offer a heartfelt thank you. As parents we're always concerned about the quality of education, values and ethics our children learn which is why I'm proud to say he's a student at River Valley. I would highly recommend this High School for the character it's staff and patrons have shown by simply caring for one of it's own. Thank You..

I graduated from RV in 2012 and let me warn you the teachers will only pick a couple students they really will help and leave the rest of you to fend for yourselves and don't get me started about the band program. Overall I would go to either Yuba City or Sutter High school.

I consider rvhs to be the best high school in Yuba city. I graduated from rvhs in 2013 and tell you the truth the four years i spent in that high school were the best years ever. The staff That rvhs is very friendly and they will do anything to make you succeed in any way. There is a huge variety of sports there. If i were in your shoes i would select rvhs to be your first priority as a high school. Don't wait choose rv now
