Westlake High School

My son started as a Junior at this school from NorCal & he loves it. The school provides free food to all students, the staff is friendly & the campus is beautiful. Day 1 we were greeted & escorted to the office, my son felt welcome the minute he stepped foot on campus. Their processes for parent/teacher communication are excellent.

The school is really good. I'm graduating this year, and I made friends with a lot of good kids. The schools has a lot of opportunity if you want to put in the work, and (most) of the teachers are amazing.

WHS is a great school and offers plenty of after school activities (sports, theater program, clubs). AP and honor classes can be overwhelming. I see my daughter stay up late doing home work and study for her tests on week days. She does not procrastinate and is able to complete her assignments. I believe the amount of homework is fair and does a good job preparing her for top tier universities. WHS provides counseling and resources to help students learn to manage their time and cope with stress. My child and her group of friends spend their weekend together relaxing and unwind. I notice my daughter and her friends developed a good support system and genuinely care for each others. WHS locates in a wealthy neighborhood and is very safe. Most teachers here are motivated to teach and seem to care about their students success. Overall, the school has excellent academic resources, great leadership/principal, and caring environment to nurture students to become successful adults.

My experience at this school is horrible . They are very racist at this school . I do not recommend your child to come to this school . They are very rude at this school . I would highly recommened for your child not to come to this school . This school is not a learning enviorment and I am speaking from expirence .

This school is only interested in the rich kids in the area. We have moved to countless countries and states in the US and by far this has been the worst. No regard for emotional well being. Only interested in the status of the kids enrolling. The administration should all be fired! Just useless.
