School teachers are not welcoming at all and rude to parents
Posted by a parent on 12/15/2022Absolutely terrible. The people here are just fake and super quick to judge. Many of the children are clique-y and will not talk to you unless you seem "cool." the school is an absolute disaster.

Posted by a parent on 1/4/2018My daughter went here back in 1998. Not as nice as the West Side of Sunnyvale (homes 2x and much) but decent. Not sure why so low ratings. Very mixed kids... many come from the local apartments (cheaper) and not all single family housing.

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageSCCS has been a wonderful school, we joined this past Fall (my daughter is in 2nd grade) and it has been a great experience all around. The school has been accommodating, welcoming and Christ-centered. My daughter loves her class and also feels challenged educationally. I love the intimate feel of a small school, it reminds me of my own elementary school down the street. The staff feels familial, there are plenty of opportunities to volunteer or get involved, and there is a wonderful church associated with the school that we love as well. Mr. Nice is the school's principal and also the main Pastor at the church, he lives up to his name and is truly special.Parent Review1mo ago
