I've had kids at Pine Grove for 5+ years. The teachers have all been communicative and supportive. I've had multiple positive experiences with the principal and the PTA seems engages and well run.

So far kinder was amazing and first was pretty good. I'm not happy that the class sizes are so large and they place your child on a first/second combo class without ever even asking your permission, nor warning you before the first day of school. Pine Grove is the perfect school if you want your child to be harassed and bullied by teachers. Wait until you meet the secretary Karen, she's a real "gem".
