Posted by a parent on 1/20/2018All well with their elementary, great teaching staff. Low student/teacher ratio, great for your money. Little kids get to love learning. Non teaching staff is good too. After school is good. Kids really feel like in a family. Lots of green space for the them. Cafeteria food is good.But… So much BAD

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy son stayed at Merryhill for a few years. He stayed that long for his friends. However, for me, I personally was not a big fan of the teachers. This school mainly runs on favoritism. The teacher very clearly favors one student over another. On the flip side, if the teacher does not like a student, the teacher also will not hesitate to made that very clear to everybody including the kids, in many areas, without considering how terrible for the poor kids to bear. For example, the class you will be assigned to at the beginning of each academic year, is determined how much you are favored. Good students are often assigned to good class, bad students are assigned to bad class. We believe our son is not Ms Quinn's favorite, or Ms Quinn has certain bias against us, so we quickly ran away.Parent Review3mo ago
