Front Office is always rude. Not helpful. I don't understand why you would put non friendly, non people person in your front office. If I had another option to send my kids, I would. NOT impressed

PLHS offers many options for students that want to learn and value academics. I am impressed with the number of AP: and College Level courses that are available, and is one of the main reasons we attend this school. The academic tract is strong and has a healthy level of competition amongst students

I can't say enough horrible things about this school. First of all, my son struggles in math. There are no good math teachers. When my son asks the teacher a question they say look in the book. The book gives 1 example and that's it. He has had some good English teachers. My son is a senior this yea

My son and I have been happy with PLHS. Students are friendly - bullying is NOT an issue at all. Counselors, teachers and administrators are doing as well as can be expected as their workloads are heavy. Parents need to be proactive and take the lead with their child's education and college planning
