Will C. Wood Middle School

Teachers and staff are very involved in the students academics. The only downside is you have some bad apples when it comes to students. Without all those bad apples, this school has potential. All I hear is hearsay from parents talking about this school being bad but they never went to this school. I’d say give the school a chance and judge for yourself.

I was skeptical about this school because of the ratings here are low. Parents/students have not updated their ratings here in years. I gave this school a chance because parents judge this school based on their low ratings. Their kids never attended school here so how will they know personally if the school is bad or not? My child went to school here and did fine. The school is a lot better then what parents assume. Teachers care about your academic progress. They help you when you need help. The kids here are not bad either. I know students who went to highly rated schools in EG who get bullied or are doing drugs on campus and teachers do not care. So just because schools rated very high doesn’t mean it is all great. And schools rated very low is not as bad as people assume.

My experience at this school was great, went here for 7th and 8th grade. The students look like they’re in their own world and in their own group of friends or by themselves in lunch time, very chill. Staff and teachers are very nice and look up too students needs. The classrooms are knowledgeable and work on communication skills within students.

Will C Wood is a good school and like any other school the success of the student depends on the student and the students family staying attentive to doing what needs to be done. My child went to this school and had a wonderful time, graduated with great grades, and was ready for high school.

This school offers alot of activities!!! This is what students need to develop their minds for future inventions. My daughter loves that they offer animation, and encourage reading. Their is a after school group for just about everyone to share likable interest with. I myself like the schools no tolerance to bullying and how the kids have taken to it.
