My experience at this school has been very disappointing. Many teachers are unmotivated and seem uninterested in actually teaching. The cafeteria food is low quality, with few healthy options and questionable hygiene. School safety is a major issue — fights and conflicts among students happen too of
Posted by a student on 5/15/2025When I had my oldest son transfer to this high school he was not doing good on his school homework he was failing took him out transfer him to a different school graduated with honors my second son didn't want to go there after they took football away overall the school does not care about students

It’s always the teachers that complain the most and do the least amount of work. There have been so many student conflicts that there are literally weekly fights. I do not recommend this school. The Health TECH Academy, the staff, the students, the diversity, and everything was amazing. I've built long lasting relationships with all of my teachers, office staff, and more. Wouldn't have chosen any other school.

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy child has not started here, but I really hope my child does not need to either. The staff Julianna is just so rude. She yells over the phone and asks questions over and over as if my English does not make sense. However, she is the one with an accent. I am really at the verge of just raising my voice back. Ms. Keenan always answers my questions whether if its emails or school mobile app. i appreciate her always keeping in touch. I went to my first Title I meeting and met the principal. I loved everything about her and what the school stands for. I felt so comfortable that my child will be in their hands when I am not present. Overall experience, I absolutely love my sons school. We live in a different district and I chose BCM. Every morning your always greeted by teachers and staff. Everyone polite and cheerful. Through a combination of small group instruction, visual supports, regular check-ins, and sensory breaks, my child is now more engaged and confident in the classroom. The consistent structure and individualized goals have made a big difference in helping us figure out what works—especially with reading comprehension and managing focus.
