NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageIt starts from the top and the principal is horrible. She was actually fired and is leaving at the end of this year. Hopefully this will be the start of a better future for SI. Most teachers are not credentialed and class sizes are approaching 40 students per grade. There is a huge bullying issue that is never dealt with. They love to talk about their values, but don’t actually enforce them. It pretends to potential lower school parents to care about educating the "whole child" and that social emotional learning is the most important thing, but then in fifth grade the curriculum becomes only about memorizing and testing and getting rid of kids that don't fit.
