Posted by a parent on 11/2/2021My daughter is going to to begin Kindergarten at Hueneme Elementary. This review is solely for office staff and administration.The office staff isn't very friendly. They couldn't answer questions I had about when we would hear about enrollment/teacher, supply lists or even the Kindergarten schedule.

Posted by a parent on 4/30/2015The staff is rude in the front office. They are even meaner to the students when parents are not around! I am glad I moved my kids from there. I wish I did it sooner. Some of the teachers are clueless and can't control their classroom. Other's are mean and should not be working with kids.
Posted by a parent on 11/2/2014Worst experience ever. My Kindergartener only lasted half the year before I pulled him. Teacher was mean and unfeeling. The only field trip he ever went on was to the police station where he told me they put them in a jail cell and took a picture. Totally innapropriate for a kindergarten field trip!

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe are a military family and feel so fortunate that we found this school. We have loved our time at St. Anthony's, our only regret is having to leave. St. Anthony's was our children's first experience in a structured academic environment and they loved it, always looking forward to returning following a break or vacation. We saw tremendous growth in our girls, academically, emotionally and socially. Each week beyond their classroom studies, they attended library, PE and gardening. Our girls came home echoing not only academic and religious teachings but lessons in inclusion, empathy, taking care of our world and the importance of watching out for your friends. These are values we have tried to impress in our home and it was so nice to have them reinforced at school. The communication from administrators to our beloved teacher Mrs. Miranda was consistent, transparent and informative. Dn. Henry made himself available to us anytime we asked and provided measured and valuable guidance. I can't say enough how much we liked it here and how prepared we feel our daughters are for their next school.Parent Review4y ago
