Posted by a parent on 4/17/2018Horrible school. My son has come home everyday with a black eye. All the teachers did was warn the kid who did it. My son is being bullied beyond the point where we have to switch schools.
Posted by a parent on 8/7/2012This school has the best Gate Program in the district. The Gate teachers care for their students as if they were family. The children go to Middle School well prepared. Most of them will attend advanced classes and most of them will skip pre-alegreba when they go to 7th grade next year.

My son's teacher just told us that this school was selected as a Title 1 achieving school for the 3rd year in a row. WOW! The teachers here work so hard. Thank you teachers.

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe moved to Riverside last year and looked at several schools for our first-grade son. We were fortunate to find St James. Academically, they are top-notch. The test scores are similar to those of some of the elite schools in the area. The campus is small and has a cozy feel to it. The parents are friendly and treat each other like family. The administration and teachers genuinely care about educating kids. They love what they do, and it shows. This school is a hidden gem with all the new houses being built.
