CDS got my son back on the right path, my son graduated from CDS with a 3.7 which gave him many oppurtunites for his future, I know a lot of parents may be unsure about sending their children

2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy daughter has attended this school since kindergarten. She will be in 6th grade next year. The teachers and staff are wonderful. She scores at and above standard on her SBAC's. I feel she gets a good education at this school. She has friends at other schools in the district that get way more homework, yet she seems to know as much or more as they do. Each student in upper grade is issued a laptop. Other higher rated elementary schools have their students share computers. I feel Cambridge is an excellent school. I don't put much credibility towards these ratings. I think they're based more on the population of the students being second language learners or not, and not due to the quality of education the students are receiving. Staff is rude and scolds children with special needs more than what would be needed. 6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school is very bad with bullying they ignore parents complaints and can't even set up a meeting to talk to the parents about what they are going to do about the situation, instead the teacher of my child rushed over during pick up blurted out a couple things and left before I couldnt get a word in she said don't worry they are to young for bullying yet my child is telling me someone is saying bad words to her and I had previously picked her up from a head injury because she was pushed during recess my child is telling me she no longer wants to go to school I was thinking the school would help but they didn't I no longer trust this school with my child . Also the cops have been at the school 2 times this school year and it's barely March they never inform the parents why yet schools in America have had incidents a lot these years I overheard during pickup a staff member talking to a police officer saying a child had brought something to school that they weren't supposed to and that it was not the first time they had done that .
