My son loves this school. My daughter can't wait to go to the same school this year. Values and academic excellence is what every parent strives for their children and that is what I experience from St. Catherine's.
Posted by a parent on 7/2/2018Careful when reading the bad reviews below. They are untrue. There are two teachers to 36. Kids split up for various subjects and are often in smaller groups. Honors classes are for high school only......Doesn't even apply. We have been here 9 years and have been happy. Good loving nurturing environ
Posted by a parent on 8/21/2014I can't say enough about how bad this school is. The faculty consists of all women so if you're a young man in 6-8th you are in for it. The christian values are non existent, it is superficial, poorly managed and overcrowded.

I have seen my son grow into a confident, intelligent young boy in just his first year. We moved an hour south to live in Gilroy, to be able to send our child to oakwood. It is a decision that I am so glad I made!My niece who is entering 4th grade goes to oakwood as well. I have seen her THRIVE!! She is so intelligent, academically focused and well rounded. Every year she amazes me. Oakwood really helps each student be their best and reach their potential. It is the most positive and supportive environment I have seen. The school would do nothing to help us or correct the situation because they said there kids did nothing wrong.
