Brock Elliott Elementary School

I wish our experience was better. My son is a good kid and very social. He had other boys hitting him and throwing chairs that would almost hit him. Many bad experiences with other students throwing things in his classroom, cussing at the teacher and interrupting learning. One kid told my son he was going to kick his “a$$” right in front of me. The teacher seems to have done her best but didn’t have the support from the school that she needed. The office staff never told me anything about what was going on. Not once. The teacher and after school program staff did a great job with informing me of incidences.

Academically this school is the lowest. Disciplinary structure are not enforced giving the freedom to students with bad behavior with consequences. Worst school in the MUSD.

Obviously this school is bad because someone not saying who came up to me and said that the school didn’t care about safety first!!

Rude office staff. Especially the two main ones when you walk in. A bigger sized female and the older female across her with glasses. They don’t have to say much for you to notice their rude tone. Once you leave the office, they start making jokes about you. Not very professional in my opinion. They say one thing to you and then say a different thing to the next person. School also will get your child in trouble for anything their friends do. Even if your child isn’t involved. They make things that are supposed to be easy, difficult.
