I am not exactly sure what socioeconomic, ethnicity, and location based algorithm, they used to compute these numbers, but I assure you they are wrong !!! 2 out of 10 is some kind of mistake on the part of Great Schools .org, I recommend that they go back and plug in the correct numbers and run this

Lucerne Valley has maintained class size reduction providing low student teacher ratio for years. Their after school drama club that just completed a 2 day, 2 night run with amazing results!
