Palisades Charter Elementary School

Pali is an excellent school that boasts a supportive parent community, dedicated teachers and staff, and an approachable principal. The school has been the perfect fit for our family for the past six years, and we have been happy with the leadership of the new principal over the past two plus years. The school focuses on rigorous academics, but also on social emotional learning to help students develop essential skills such as self-awareness and empathy. It has some minor drawbacks prone to public schools - namely an aging building and dead grass on the yard - but the students don’t seem to mind at all. It also has a great librarian, wonderful school psychologist, and excellent teaching aides. My kids love it.

We’ve started the new year at Palisades Charter Elementary with flying colors! Our teachers are incredibly qualified and thoughtful. We think the principal is doing a great job and so are the after-care group. If anything changes we will update this review, this is our first year and while we have read the handful of recent negative reviews, we have nothing but a positive experience here after several weeks. This review is attached to my email address and will be updated.

Lovely neighborhood school with top notch teachers and families.

We have been at the school for two full years and the teachers and staff are wonderful. Our child is excelling in all ways, and above grade level for math and reading. She is incredibly happy, respectful, competitive, and surrounded by great friends with good values. We have a background at both public and private schools, and could not be happier we chose Pali Elementary.

Great experience. Compassionate staff, strong parent support, and excellent educational support for the entire student body.
