The school is one of the worst in the city. The Teacher’s need more training as well as the Principal. My family generation after generation has attended this school for the past 30 years and these past 2 years have been a huge downgrade.

Posted by a teacher on 5/6/2019Gulf Avenue is. Wonderful school that cares about their kids. They help to teach more than academics by teaching kids to swim and ensure that they learn how to be successful in school and in life.
Posted by a community member on 10/8/2017This ES is horrible. They allow bullying to happen. Every employee in the school is there for the money, and they don't care about the students. Staff justify their inefficiencies with the socioeconomic population. Horrible school!
