Our son has been attending Baxter for the last year and a half, and we love it so much we have decided to skip TK and keep him there for one more year. He has learned so much and developed life skills while having a lot of fun. We love his teachers, friends and community

They call their Christmas party a Christmas party, not a "Winter Holiday Festival," for example. I once asked about parent-teacher conferences and the head administrator (only administrator, really) said "Why? Something wrong?

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageIt’s really a hidden gem in Echo Park. Our two kids have attended since TK. The teachers are great. The parents are really engaged. It’s such a small school that everyone knows everyone. And the new Principal Montoya is a godsend and has really whipped the entire school into shape.
