Del Valle Continuation High School

It's a great campus with great teachers! The management structure needs improvement and layers of different level leaders makes the school feel as everyone is their own sperate group rather than the school as whole as one big community. Head of School is disconnected from Teachers and parent input is not respected. Parent involvement and listening to the community is critical to the survival of the school. Teachers are the ones working hard without the support of Head of School or Directors. Too many Directors at the top level where a lot of the jobs can be streamlined to free up money for the classrooms. With hope that things will change in the future. Right now I would not recommend this school.
