The parking spaces are all for teachers and nobody can park on the spot even it is vancant. We have a disabled license plate but when the male principal saw us parked the car at the disabled parkin

Posted by a parent on 12/3/2023My child is at Oak Mesa and LOVES everything about this school. Teachers, office staff, nurse, librarian, custodian, lunch helpers, and MOST of all the Principal. My older kids LOVED their time there too! They were well prepared for middle school. I am so grateful to be part of this awesome communit

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI can only speak to the pre-K and lower elementary program at this point. In my experience, the academic rigor and teaching methods/quality haven’t quite met the expectations typically associated with private education. It certainly poses a challenge when the local public schools are also strong academically and offer comparable class sizes. The school has high enrollment, which seems to be both a strength and a challenge for the school and the size of the school. That said, they do offer a wide range of opportunities for students. It’s a great school as far as the religious teaching aspect and parental involvement. I do wish there was more emphasis on mastery of concepts rather than teaching to test. The new principal change seems to be good however there are definitely changes we’d like to see to improve the school academically and positive environment wise.Parent Review11mo ago
