Hickman Elementary School

This is a terrific school. The best in Stanislaus County bar none. I feel qualified to say this having lived in this county for 36 years, and having taught as a public school teacher in two other districts in the county. It is creative! It is social! It has the best elementary choir not just in the county but in the region! If you want to do right by your kids send them here. Also, for the naysayers--check out the test scores! Parents are obviously very involved, and the teachers are superb! Check out their science/math/STEM!

The staff is incompetent, they do not interact with each other in a way that information is clear. Students are being jumped from one program to another with inconsistent education. The health teacher informed the students that they could purchase flavored lubricants to use during sex. There is minimal oversight over the education assistance they assigned to the families. The only good thing to the school is it’s accredited so your children get to use that towards college admissions.

Its ok I'm not to fond of how the school is ran, but some of the teachers are great. They just care about the money and not the students.
