Orange Crescent School

My son have been enrolled in this school and is currently still there for 4 years now. It's a safe location for kids. From principal to staffs to all the parents that goes here, everyone is very welcoming and approachable. They have a lot of activities during and after school events to let the kids showcase their creativities. There are many events that us parents can get involve into as well to make school more enjoyable and fun for our little ones. We as parents just want our kids to have fun in school, be safe and feel safe to be themselves, as well as getting the proper academics so the can succeed. I am confident that this school have been and will continue to do so.

I began working at Westminster School District last March, and I am amazed at how welcoming Anderson Elementary is each time I visit. From the front office staff to the administration, everyone spreads positivity and is supportive of the students. I especially notice this during their school assemblies and various events on campus. As a new Vietnamese Dual Language Immersion school, I'm looking forward to seeing Anderson students learning in multiple languages. I think students will benefit from their experience in learning from some outstanding bilingual teachers. Overall, the school does a great job of providing many opportunities for students to succeed, and I'm proud to be a part of WSD.

I am happy to say that I have met some very nice people here, but unfortunately I must say that not all children are treated the same at this school. Especially if you are a Muslim, they are treated very differently. The teachers, who themselves come from immigrant families, seem to have forgotten their past and silently discriminate you and your child. I am not worried or sad for my own child, hardship strengthens character. It is very dangerous for the future of this country that people who have not received love and acceptance from their own families become teachers. This world needs teachers with a good heart, who love themselves and have inner peace.

Racist, I'm so glad my son graduated

My son goes to TK here and Mrs.K is amazing! She is great at teaching and is exactly what my son needs. She is very good at communicating with parents, and is very good at her job overall. I feel so lucky to have my son at this school.
