Read what parents are saying about Garden Grove High SchoolMy daughter went to Garden Grove High School, and she had a great experience. Even though Math was not her favorite subject and struggled with it throughout high school, she was always encouraged to do better by her teachers and was reminded that help was always there. The counselors were awesome and so was the principal and faculty. My daughter graduated in 2017 and her class was one of the schools largest graduating classes they have had. Some of the classmates got accepted to Yale, Standford, other great Universities. One thing I really appreciated was the calls from the office whenever my daughter was absent, I know she was not at school but glad to know they also were keeping tabs on their students.
Posted by a parent on 3/4/2024If I had the option to give zero stars, I would. This is actually me being very calm about writing this review. Although most of the teachers are amazing and deserve the best of all rewards, the new Vice Administrators have caused havoc to the school. They even set up the rule of requiring your ID for bathroom breaks. The old Vice Administrators were the best of them all. It is a shame that they have been forced to move to a different school. Now, the current ones are very little experienced and take every single personally with no sense of cooperation with anyone. If they are going to be strict on rules, they should enforce the little ones rather than focusing on small cases since they have no danger to the school or its students. If I were a parent, I would never send my future child to this school. This is due to the current Vice Administrators not being up to standards. They are not willing to cooperate and resolve situations. Instead, they would try to stamp on them and instead add fuel to the fire.

Posted by a parent on 6/12/2018Garden Grove HS. look at years the comments were written and the substance of the reports nothing specific on the eatlier years. All the Rah Rah is great , but we are talking about academics, students and teachers . Hopefully tenure rules will change and a better grade of teachers will replace those teachers at GG HS and other schools who are just there for a pay check...

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI have two children at this school - one in a lower grade and the other in a higher grade. We searched other schools in the area when deciding schools for our children; and St. Columban impressed us a lot. I have never worried about my children's learning and development because I see how this school positively impacts their thinking, learning, and development.Parent Review4y ago - St. Paul's Lutheran International Language School and Preschool

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy daughter has been at the school since Kindergarten. We enjoy the small class size, the personalized attention, and the ability to attend school functions such as School chapel, field trips, etc. The office staff is very helpful and the after school care is amazing. Trinity Christian is truly a family.Parent Review5y ago - Trinity Christian Schools
