My 6 year old son was able to get in front of campus by himself with as many people that there in the office and teachers he should not have been able to walk out by himself. Major safety concern. The administration expects you to handle the most extreme students without any guidance whatsoever. The administration rewards kids for bad behavior from what I have seen. If you want guidance on how to start off as a good teacher early on in your career this place will do just about the opposite for you.
