We ultimately withdrew our child from this school after our experience confirmed concerns shared by other parents: despite the steep tuition, we found that the administration and management lacked the basic empathy, warmth, and supportive care required when working with young children.In our experience, the instructional methods is overly complex and counterproductive for young children who are still mastering core concepts. Rather than supporting their learning style, the school pushed a rigid pace that shifted the burden onto us as parents to teach key concepts at home. During parent-teacher meetings, the feedback was strictly transactional and centered on test scores, offering virtually no insight into our child's emotional well-being, confidence, or social integration in the classroom.The tipping point for our family was a major breakdown in communication and safety protocols regarding an incident with our child on campus. We felt our directives were disregarded and administrative responses were defensively managed rather than centered on student care. When raising concerns about staff responsiveness, the attitude from leadership was clear: if you are unhappy with how things are run, you are welcome to leave.High tuition should guarantee a safe, nurturing, and collaborative environment. Instead, our family experienced rigid management and an environment where we no longer felt confident in the school's commitment to our child's well-being.
