Thomas R. Pollicita Middle School

We chose this school and we love it because of:1. Small class size: attention and support can be given to all students. Activities are customized based on interest.2. Strong sense of community that supports an anti-bullying culture. Non-Catholic families are welcome and active in this community.3. Teachers applies a strong academic curriculum while keeping things fun to develop well-rounded students. Teachers are very supportive and reports challenging behaviors/incidents to parents right away.4. Facility is secure and locked at all times. A front desk staff unlocks the door and greets adults coming in. It also helps that the school is in a quiet neighborhood and not at a main street.

This school is horrible I had all my kids there kindergarten to 8 grade . Teachers are rude principals don’t know how to conduct themselves. They don’t have many kids in the class room my daughter would tell me the teacher would be on her phone texting while teaching the class . No help if your child is struggling with math at all on top of that the teaching is not teaching . I would not recommend this school to anyone keep on looking for a better school don’t waste your time here .
