We just love Sonrise Christian School, the staff and teachers are great and caring, the classroom sizes are smaller. At Sonrise you are not part of a school you are part of a family.

Posted by a parent on 4/19/2013....of course there are small class sizes, everybody quit this school because the teaching and some of the teachers's behaviour was inadeguate if not inappropriate. I am glad some of them are no longer teaching there! The school might be able to improve.

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe were big supporters of this school until recent changes in leadership. We have spent many years on this campus as our older children thrived here. As much as we wanted the same for our younger children, it seems they have hired a principal who frankly doesn't seem to care about the parent's concerns or the overall future of the school. Any concern that a parent bring to her are swept under the rug. If you have concerns including bullying -don't say anything. She will not adress it and then worse, avoid the parents. Parents have brought concerns to the priest but the principal will hide behind her words saying she's "never heard this before". The principal seems to think parents don't communicate but we all know -she's not the right fit for this school. We are highly disappointed. Most of the teachers are wonderful.
