Grand Oaks Elementary School

St. Albans is an exceptional school. We have two children there and are incredibly happy. We love that it is academically rigorous, but still a safe and nurturing environment. In our experience, teachers have gone above and beyond to provide unique and effective learning experiences for the students. We also have found the overall culture of the school to be welcoming and warm, with families really getting to know one another over the course of their time at St. Albans. It's been the right fit for our family- and we are confident that our kids will graduate from here fully equipped for their next steps.

this school seems like it would be a nice, good private school to send your kids to but it is not. although they do a good a job at teaching gospel, they are not good at teaching anything else if a student asks for help or says they don’t understand something they are told “you should’ve listened” or they’ll say they’re too busy to help, they don’t accommodate students with learning disabilities even students with a 504 plan, and the teachers make students feel bad for learning slower than other students. when i went there they put the wrong class on my schedule and when i went to change it they blamed me for it. in general this is just not a good school i would highly recommend NOT sending your kids here.
