Worst school my daughter has ever attended. The principal is extremely disrespectful to the children and the parents and the teachers make it very clear how they don’t care about their jobs. Also, $600 a month for the afterschool program, absolutely insane. Don’t even consider this school if you care about your children.

Horrible ,horrible school. Maybe the worst in the state. Always need subs and vacancy teachers.

My review would be higher, except the front office staff can be awful. Extremely rude to both students and staff. It really has made the whole experience of going her very bad. It’s just unnecessary to treat people so rudely all the time.

This school is actually amazing! I have nothing but good things to say about this school. The teachers are amazing! Please send your kids to school it is amazing!

After failing first grade in Florida because he could not read they turned his life around now he is off to middle school with honors

This school used to be really good, but everything changed when they got a new principal. In my opinion, the current principal has made some terrible decisions, especially when it comes to hiring teachers. It feels like they hire people who have no patience with students and don't really know how to teach. I went to this school from 6th through 8th grade. When I first transferred here in 6th grade, everything was great. The teachers actually cared, they explained things well, and school was enjoyable. But around the middle of 7th grade, everything started going downhill. By the time I got to 8th grade, the school didn't feel like the same place anymore. He also gave us surprise quizzes and tests that counted for a huge part of our grade, even though he never really taught the lessons. The class became more stressful than educational, and a lot of students struggled because of it. The worst part was how he treated students. I remember one day when my friend laughed at something during class. The teacher was already in a bad mood, so he walked over, got right in my friend's face, and started yelling at him. He was so close that he was literally spitting while he yelled. Later that same day, he talked to me disrespectfully too. I responded, and he got right in my face as well. My friend and I reported what happened, but the principal only gave him a warning. As far as I know, he's still teaching there today. He would also make excuses whenever he got something wrong. He always blamed it on his "back issues" or his "surgery." I understand people have medical problems, but I don't see what that had to do with making mistakes while teaching or grading. It wasn't just that one teacher either. The school always seemed to make everything more complicated than it needed to be. They would change schedules, add unnecessary steps to simple things, and waste everyone's time. It got frustrating for students and parents. My parents, other students, and I all talked to the principal about the problems at the school, but nothing ever changed. It honestly felt like nobody was listening. The teacher stayed, and everything just kept getting worse. I know people like to say that kids are dramatic or blame teachers for everything, but I'm not making this up. This is what I experienced while I was there. I've only been at this school for about three and a half years. I've seen so many students move to different schools because they were unhappy, and I honestly don't blame them

I enrolled both of my children at this school—my son attended from kindergarten through 5th grade, and my daughter from kindergarten through 2nd. Over the years, I’ve observed a steady decline in the overall quality of the school experience.One of the most concerning issues has been the lack of priest involvement and transparency regarding how funds are allocated between the church and the school. It often feels as though the school receives minimal resources while the church absorbs the majority of the funding.There is also a high turnover rate among both students and staff, which creates instability and affects the school environment. Morale among parents and teachers has noticeably diminished, and there is little to no enrichment offered—field trips, for example, have been nonexistent. Communication between staff and families has been inconsistent, and academic recognition has seemed generic and unearned, with many students receiving the same awards without clear criteria.Additionally, simple but important maintenance issues, such as changing drinking fountain filters, have gone unaddressed. These oversights suggest poor financial management, whether the school is funded through scholarships or tuition.While I truly wanted to support this school and see it succeed, I cannot in good conscience recommend it. There are other schools in the area that offer a more stable, transparent, and enriching educational experience.
