This place is joke. If you have a special needs child. DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE. Even for simple testing.

The teachers at Zuni Hills take the time to get to know students and how they learn best. They prepare lessons that are relevant, thoughtful, fun and engaging for students. My student comes home excited about what they are learning in science. They have so many nights that are engaging to the whole family. It is a family centered school.

My children have been students at Sunset Heights for several years. I'm pleased with the efforts made by the teachers and administration. I would appreciate smaller class sizes. However, I know that this is the fault of PUSD and the Arizona legislature.

This is a good, established,well equipped Pre K to 12th Christian private school. Two areas improvement would be good are (1)Parent open communication and involvement (currently there's none), and (2)Reduction of the high school tuition price. We have 2 children there. It costs 10k for the non-high school student per year and 14k for the high school student. The AZ ESA program covers 7-8k per year. I believe the high school tuition is high because the school ships in all these international students to be on the school's all star basketball teams and gives them free tuition, room, and board. So guess who has to make up the difference? I don't know why the school powers that be think having an awesome basketball team is more important than having a quality affordable Christian school for local residents. Misplaced values. As usual, the school board are unreachable and unknowable and should have parents on it, not people with no kids at the school. Another negative for patents is that stupid Google company doesn't let anyone post reviews of the school. Other than these areas, the school is good. Oh, but why did they paint the school classrooms exteriors such a drab gray color? Obviously again leadership in a vacuum with no parental (customer) or student input. A common problem.
