Again, it feels like family here. Unfortunately, COVID might negatively impact some of the amazing interactions like family night, which will be sad. Family night was an extra bonus of this school. I rate this school as extremely exceptional and safe for my kids.

There are some truly wonderful people at this school; however, the bullying issues are never meaningfully addressed. Teachers and upper leadership continually say they are ‘working on it,’ but many parents—myself included—have seen no real action. It’s heartbreaking, because Mesa schools once had a strong reputation, but sadly that no longer feels true. I truly hope this changes one day, because the school has the potential to be something wonderful

I love this school. My son is thriving. I love the way they approach activities in a collaborative and creative way. I also love the Principal. She is amazing and the students treat her like she's a rock star, not in fear like it was back in my day in school. They offer so many great programs and the teachers I've dealt with have been so open in communicating with me.

My daughter has been going to this school since kindergarten. She suffers from social anxiety, generalised anxiety, and her doctor thinks she may have Bipolar disorder. What did the teachers do to help her? Force her to face her fears and present things to her class. This lead to many mental breakdowns and even more stress for her, she even stopped talking at home because of it. They recently got a new principal and she is so unkind to the students and puts on a smile to show that she cares, but she really doesn’t. The old principal was very nice and caring, and provided fun programs for the students to do, like help refurbish the courtyard and take care of the tortoises. I’m very disappointed on how much they care now, they don’t.
