Montezuma School

We moved to Arizona from California after the trauma of a wild fire burned our school down. Our daughter was just finishing 8th Grade in California with the intent of staying on at her International Baccalaureate school through High School. When we moved to Arizona we were worried about her stress, finding friends and continuing her IB education. And then we found VVS and our worries disappeared, almost overnight.Our daughter immediately felt at home, has made amazing friends and already, mid way through her Freshman year has at amazing experiences including an expedition, camping under the stars, ceramics classes, school dances, a school play, numerous great meals at the cafeteria and she even loved her work job - mucking out the horses.We're a local family in Sedona so commute in daily but the school staff have done a great job mixing in boarding students and those from overseas so they are truly one-body of committed, mature and intellectually stimulated young people.We couldn't be happier with VVS and our choice
