Cholla Elementary School

I was told they could get my daughter in last week and all the sudden they aren’t allowing kids in and haven’t ever allowed open enrollment. Sounds like discrimination and at the very least, disorganization and lack of care. Highly UNrecommended school. Will be looking elsewhere

This school is a complete joke. The staff in the front are rude, and get things going very slow. My sons needs “IEP” was not even thought of and they wanted to change half his IEP requirements due to not being able to meet them for him. The teacher he had demonstrated nothing but only poor communication and kept having issues with his behavior and no communication whatsoever but he required a health aid that was changed so they couldn’t accommodate him, but wanted him to be behave like the rest of the class when that wasn’t gonna happen obviously.

No communications thru school and kids are telling me all the teacher talk about is they hate this job and how they don’t learn anything

We had high hopes but were terribly disappointed disappointed with the MSI class for children with multiple disabilities. The staff is very condescending and provide poor services. They never hired and actual qualified teacher to supervise and guide the Paraprofessionals. Meetings with Stephanie Dawson were a nightmare. We had a horrible experience with the staff. They traumatized our kid. Be aware.

This school has some of the worst staff I have ever encountered. They lack communication and professionalism.
