Read what parents are saying about Arkansas High Schoolit is horrible. They don't take care of the big bullying problem that is very obvisly and i have learned nothing useful while there.
Posted by a student on 8/27/2017This school need a overhaul,bias .They have campaign aganist student bullying student,the main bullying is teacher bullying student.It hard for a minority to play baseball,they might pick two and bully them .Minority boys stop trying out because they no they would not be accepted.Parents need to come together and demand that all students be treated fairly.And if a teacher cannot treat all student fairly they need to find employment elsewhere.
Posted by a community member on 3/15/2013The school isn't as good as it seems. The rules aren't enforced as much as they should be. Teachers and principals play favorites. Some of the substitutes for the school are very prejudiced. There's fights almost every day. The security officers aren't very good at their job and spray mace when it's not even necessary. Most of the teachers now have no idea what they're even doing, and get easily distracted or just waste their time, doing unneccesary things.

The Principal said My Son was Exaggerating, but when i investigated on my own... The other students in His class used the word YELLED a MY SON. So you caint tst the teachers or the Principal... N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe enrolled our two youngest at Veritas Academy last year and were THRILLED with the results we saw. Using a Classical Christian Education approach, Veritas teachers (who are so good at what they do and oove the kids) pulled more out of my kids than I knew they had in them. They were stretched in many areas - math, Latin, and definitely reading. Some of the classic books I hated in school, they LOVED because their teachers made them come alive. I am excited for the future of students at Veritas . For two years running, Veritas students have outperformed other local area schools by receiving the HIGHEST scores on the ACT. Our family loves Veritas, and I suspect anyone who gave them a chance would too.Other Review7y ago
