Southside Elementary is one of best elementary schools in the area. The new building and grounds are in excellent condition and the teachers are the best.

My children have attended Southside School for 2 years now. We are not having such good luck with Southside School. Both of my children attended Batesville School District before Southside and both of them did better at Batesville. Batesville had a more hands on approach to learning that my children

We moved from the Batesville schools to Southside school in 2012 and were immediately impressed by the staff and facilities, the teachers try to be hands on for all the students. The school also try's to involve parents in all aspects of the school by encouraging them to volunteer when possible. This is a huge change from Batesville.
